First and foremost, I hope this message finds you and your loved ones safe and well.

As we gear up for the upcoming season, our focus remains clear: ensuring the safety of our officials and the student-athletes we serve, while staying aligned with the ever-evolving game of basketball. Over the offseason, your Board of Directors, Instructional Chair, and Assigner have been hard at work behind the scenes—developing training, improving communication, and integrating new technologies to better support you on and off the court.

IBOA continues to grow stronger each year, and I’m proud to say we are providing more opportunities for officials than ever before. As your President, I’m excited to build on that momentum and lead us into another successful year.

Our goal this season is simple: to equip you with top-tier instruction and unwavering confidence to perform at your best.

​

Meetings will be offered both in-person and via Zoom, making it easier for everyone to stay connected and informed. Registration will take place through our official website: www.myiboa.com, which will also be your hub for instructional materials, game clips, meeting schedules, and everything IBOA.

Here’s to a season full of growth, development, and excellence. I’m looking forward to seeing all of you thrive in 2025–2026.
